Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance, however, I can offer a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance company.  Please contact your insurance provider to determine if they will accept out of network benefits.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

24 hour advance notice of cancellation or reschedule is required.  Full session fee will be charged for late cancel and/or no show.
