Individual therapy comes in all shapes and sizes. Some sessions are powerful. Some sessions bring awareness to patterns and behaviors.  You mold it the way you feel most comfortable.

As a trained EMDR therapist, my intention is to stay curious, be present and as authentic as possible. The space is available to build a therapeutic relationship and develop autonomy for you.
